Terms of service
Draft for owner and legal review. Not approved for production launch.
Draft requiring legal review
The operator identity, governing law, age eligibility, dispute process and liability provisions must be reviewed and approved before launch. These drafts do not claim regulatory certification.
Educational service
EssayGrader provides AI-assisted writing feedback. Scores are educational estimates and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not official school grades, admissions decisions or guarantees of academic results. Review all feedback yourself.
Your work and account
Submit only work you own or have permission to process. Keep account credentials secure. Do not submit another person's private information without a proper basis. You remain responsible for following your institution's academic integrity rules.
Allowances
Free includes three successful gradings per UTC calendar month and a 2,000-word essay limit. Basic and Pro allowances are 50 and 200 when trusted entitlements are active. Failed attempts do not use a successful grading credit; each completed regrade uses another. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
Availability and changes
External AI, authentication and payment services may be unavailable. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or a specific educational outcome. Support, suspension, appeal and termination procedures need owner review before public launch.
