Review status
This policy draft requires owner and legal review before production essay processing. The operating legal entity, jurisdiction, contact process and retention schedule have not been finalized.
Information processed
Account access uses Supabase Authentication. When grading is enabled, your submitted title, essay type and essay text are stored in Supabase and sent to the configured OpenAI model for evaluation. A validated report and successful usage count are stored with your account. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for feedback.
AI processing and training
Our product direction is not to use private essays to train models. Provider retention and training terms depend on the approved API configuration and contract. Confirm these settings before processing real student work; this draft does not promise zero provider retention.
Access and retention
Students can access their own records. Free report access is limited to the latest five reports within 30 days. Access limits do not by themselves erase stored records. Physical deletion schedules, backups and account deletion handling require owner review before launch.
Payments and communications
Test billing uses Stripe when configured. Live payments remain disabled. Authentication and recovery messages are transactional. Marketing requires separate consent and an unsubscribe process; no marketing sender is connected by this implementation.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit an essay. A verified support and deletion-request channel must be configured and published before launch. Age eligibility, student privacy obligations, international transfers and regional rights need professional review.
