Subscriptions
Cancellation stops future renewals while paid access continues to the paid period end. Upgrades are intended to take effect immediately with proration where supported; downgrades take effect at renewal. No automatic usage overages or credit packs are offered.
Trial
An eligible verified account can manually start one three-day Pro trial with five successful gradings. No card is required and no automatic charge follows expiry. The account returns to Free unless a separate paid entitlement exists.
Refund review
Refund eligibility, statutory cancellation rights, taxes, billing currencies and the contact procedure require owner and legal approval before live payments. No blanket no-refund rule is imposed by this draft.
